Biography
Piers began his career in project management where he gained 7.5 years experience spanning both preconstruction and construction phases within the building sector. During this time, he worked on complex Science Research, Healthcare and Education facilities with challenging specialist MEP infrastructure requirements, masterplan developments with constrained logistics, Grade II listed buildings, façade remediation, and deep basements within Central London. He has also managed challenging quality issues as a part of a snagging and defects rectification process during a building handover phase.

Piers has planning and contract administration experience across both buildings and infrastructure projects for Employers and Main Contractors including contract change management, and preparation or assessment of delay claims. He is skilled in the use of both P6 and Asta Powerproject software.

Piers is experienced in working with the JCT and NEC forms of contract, with a growing specialism in the latter.
