Paul has over 20 years experience in providing strategic advice, commercial management and dispute resolution services in the Technology and Outsourcing, and Construction and Engineering sectors. He has experience in providing the full range of commercial management services across the contract lifecycle on projects up to £3bn in value, working in the UK and Western Europe.
Paul has significant experience in formulation, assessment, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims relating to time and quantum matters. He also provides commercial advice to companies on procurement of supplies and services, as well as providing commercial audit / revenue enhancement services on major projects and programmes. He is a speaker at seminars on topics such as “Commercial Management of IT & Outsourcing Projects” and “Contractual Disputes – Can they be avoided or better managed?”
